Mold Remediation in Tucker, GA

This home in Tucker, GA was getting ready to be sold. During their inspection, a small amount of microbial growth was found. The customer called SERVPRO of Gwinnett County South out to help remediate the issue. Because this house was under contract, we had to make sure this was done in a timely manner but also correctly. We used a hepa vacuum to start with on the studs and subfloor, we then wiped it with a clean and finally we treated those areas with an anti-microbial agent.
