Water Damage in Gwinnett County, Georgia

This homeowner had a water loss caused by a pipe breaking during a freeze. They called the SERVPRO of Gwinnett County South at 770-448-5782 to help. Our mitigation team arrived on site ready to start any necessary demo to remove any affected materials that could not be dried in place. We then set our drying equipment out to dry any of the structure that was affected. As you can see in the before picture, the homeowner used their garage for storage, so we had to assist them with going through those items and determining if they could be cleaned and saved or if the items were uncleanable. We were able to provide that list to their adjuster for a faster process. This customer was very pleased that we were able to assist in that area of work as well.
