Dishwasher Loss in Stone Mountain, GA

This home in Stone Mountain, GA suffered from a water loss caused by a leaking dishwasher. Unfortunately, they could not tell there was a leak until the hardwood floors started to buckle and cup as you can see in the before picture. SERVPRO of Gwinnett County South was called out to complete water mitigation. After we completed the drying process, our reconstruction department was able to complete the repairs. They had to replace the pieces of flooring that we removed and then sand and stain the entire room and it’s connecting rooms to match what was already there. This customer was very happy with our work and stated he would use us again and recommend us to his friends and family.
